Athletes & Mental Health

As an athlete, I recognized the gap between athletics and mental health. Mental wellness often gets overlooked in the athletic community, despite the significant pressures athletes face. Having recently transitioned out of sports myself, I understood the mental and emotional challenges athletes encounter and knew I wanted to help bridge that gap. I felt a strong calling to offer mental health support tailored specifically to athletes, so they can not only perform better but also maintain balance and mental well-being in a high-pressure environment.

Counselling for Athletes: My services are designed to help athletes of all ages manage stress, navigate mental blocks, and improve their overall mental health. I work with athletes to build mental resilience, address performance anxiety, and provide support in managing the pressures that come with both sports and personal life.
